Apple have just released a new version of iTunes (6.0.2). It looks very much the same but with the addition of 3 new features:

Discover new music as you enjoy your collection or import new CDs with MiniStore — right from your iTunes library.Sync Home Movies
Create iPod-compatible versions of your own movies using iTunes.AirTunes Enhancement
Simultaneously stream the same song wirelessly to up to three home stereos or powered speakers — using AirPort Express with AirTunes.
There is also a new iPod Updater (2006-01-10), which includes iPod Software 1.1 for the new iPod, new iPod Software 1.1 for iPod nano, new iPod Software 1.2.1 for iPod with color display, new iPod Software 1.4.1 for iPod mini, and new iPod Software 3.1.1 for iPod with Click Wheel. All other iPod models have no new software.
