If you’ve visited my blog using Internet Explorer you’ll have noticed that the sidebar is thrown down to the bottom of the page. This is due to the fact that IE’s ability to render CSS is on par with my ability to fly. If anyone is still using IE, STOP! PLEASE!! It is slow, inefficient, non WC3 standards compliant, full of security holes, etc , I won’t bore you with more details (If you’re interested just do a google search of “IE sucks” and you should find over 3 million pages on this issue). There are many alternatives to IE: Opera, Firefox, K-Meleon, Omniweb 5, Shiira, etc. I would personally recommend Firefox, which you can download by clicking on this:
I was very tempted to stick up one of those “Too Cool For IE” badges that have been showing up around the net, but unfortunately the truth is that IE remains to be the most popular browser (since most users just use what comes with windows). This means that I have to downgrade my website so that its compatible with IE, as thats what the majority of my visitors are using. Anyway the sidebar should be fixed now, if anyone is still experiencing problems please leave a comment or email me.
